UV DTF gang sheets for hard, smooth surfaces
UV DTF transfers are adhesive decals made for decorating compatible hard goods without a heat press. They can be used for items such as glass, acrylic, metal, many hard plastics, coated tumblers, labels, and packaging when the surface is smooth, clean, dry, and suitable for the adhesive.
UV DTF is not the same as ready-to-press apparel DTF. Do not apply these decals to fabric or press them with garment-transfer settings. Surface coatings, curves, texture, moisture, heat, cleaning products, and outdoor exposure can affect adhesion and wear, so test the exact item before committing to a production run. Do not rely on an untested decal for food-contact, safety-critical, or mission-critical use.

Before applying a UV DTF transfer
- Confirm the item has a hard, smooth, compatible surface.
- Clean and dry the application area; remove dust, oil, and residue.
- Test one transfer on the exact item, including any required wash or wear test.
- Follow the product-specific application guidance supplied with the order.
